    Excited about the new upcoming obstacle dominator 3.0 training program. Will this be drastically different than 2.0? What is the mix of strength and running? What is the estimated timeframe for it to come out?

    I like the idea that it provides a plan while providing a way to tailor to your needs if needed. At least that is what I understood.
