    What the heck is going on with these comments? Anyways, love the show. When is the routine coming out? I'm very interested in reading it because I come from a bodybuilding "bro Split" background, which I have had great success building a large frame, but programming for circuits has always had me a little confused. I'm 35, 6ft, 225 and looking to get in the overall fitness/conditioning world and out of the "pick things up and put them down" world (which I love, nothing better than lifting heavy and having plates rattle). In case you are wondering for your demographic, I had a volleyball scholarship in college and also played on the tennis and golf team. Played quarterback and linebacker in football growing up.

    I’m glad Isaiah Vidal ended up feeling sorry for me and ran without the vest. I think a weight vest division would be awesome! Or even a Teva sandal division one day. 😉
