Ben Greenfield

Author of the New York Times Bestseller “Beyond Training“, Ben Greenfield’s balanced approach to fitness, nutrition and health comes from his extensive experience in the fitness and wellness industry as one of the country’s leading personal trainers and wellness consultants. In 2008, Ben was nominated by the NSCA as America’s top personal trainer and, in 2013, Ben was voted as one of the top 100 most influential individuals in health and fitness.

Ben is the founder and owner of Greenfield Fitness Systems, a company that develops innovative and cutting-edge fitness and nutrition services and solutions to help people reach their physical and mental performance goals, whether that be to cross the finish line of an Ironman triathlon or simply shed a few pounds.

Over the past decade, Ben has competed in bodybuilding, tennis, water polo, and volleyball, and he now competes primarily as a triathlete and obstacle racer.  Ben blogs and podcasts at BenGreenfieldFitness.com. He resides in Spokane, WA with his wife and twin boys. His goal in life is to help people achieve amazing feats of physical performance without destroying their bodies.

Hunter McIntyre

Hunter McIntyre, commonly known in the Obstacle Course Racing world as “The Sheriff”, has been one of the driving forces of the sport of obstacle racing. Born on the East coast, he grew up always chasing the challenges around his neighborhood, from climbing trees to racing cross-country. After college he fell in love with the fitness world, and particularly obsessed over powerlifting and spin classes.

During these fitness ventures, he eventually sought out opportunities to challenge himself outside of the gym. Starting out with local 5ks and half marathons, he quickly stumbled upon his first Spartan race during 2011 in his hometown of Malibu.  Quickly hooked on the new and growing sport of Spartan racing, he went “all in”, committing himself to being a podium athlete.

As the years rolled on, he established himself as a top Reebok Spartan pro team athlete with a unique twist. Between spinning and competing in races around the world, Hunter’s life is packed full with sweat drenched inspirational stories and a ton of time in the trenches that has allowed him to lend a great deal of expertise to the Obstacle Dominator podcast and the Obstacle Dominator training plans.

Rose Wetzel

As a personal trainer, Rose discusses nutrition, hydration, sleep, and daily stressors as part of a holistic approach to health and fitness. Her personal training clients have lost 30, 55, even 85 pounds of fat, and they’ve gained noticeable muscle tone. When it comes to coaching, Rose’s philosophy involves working hard and balancing the hard work with adequate recovery in order to reach potential fitness without getting injured. She encourages people to listen to their body, take a day off when they need to, and take care of the little things that will allow them to be their best.

Rose’s enthusiasm for health and fitness inspires others to reach their true athletic potential. A certified strength and conditioning coach since 2005, Rose loves to work with motivated individuals who want lasting results, whether the goal is to finish in the top 10% of a race, lose forty pounds, or achieve an impressive level of strength, Rose guides, educates, and encourages people to be their absolute best.
